Free Returns for UK, European Union, USA and Canada (all other countries excepted)

We have a no quibble refund and exchange policy providing goods are returned in a sale-able condition within 60 days of purchase. Please always return items in the manufacturer’s bag they were received in and do not attach any labels to the returned items or manufacturer’s bag. You may use our outer bag to post returns by cutting off our return address from the enclosed Returns and Exchanges form and sticking it on the outside packaging. Please see above for returns procedure.
If we have sent you the wrong item or it is faulty we will refund the return postage (if free returns do not apply). Please contact us before shipping any returns, quoting your name, address and order ID.
The returns and exchanges form enclosed with your purchase has tick box options. If no form can be found, please explain what you would like us to do in a note: refund or exchange. Also include your order number, delivery post code and name so we can find your order easily and reduce delays.

A confirmation email will be sent once we have processed your refund or exchange.
We aim to deal with returns within 48 hours of their arrival in our office, usually less. Refunds will be credited via your original method of payment and exchanges will be sent out within 2 working days by a suitable postal service or courier. Should we be out of stock of the item you want in exchange, you will be given a refund.
If you need a replacement urgently, it may be better to buy the item you want immediately and request a refund for the returned item.
