We have a no quibble refund policy providing goods are returned in a sale-able condition within 60 days of purchase. Please always return items in the manufacturer’s bag they were received in and do not attach any labels to the returned items or manufacturer’s bag. You may use our outer bag to post returns by cutting off our return address from the enclosed Returns and Exchanges form and sticking it on the outside packaging. Please see above for returns procedure.
If we have sent you the wrong item or it is faulty we will refund the return postage (if free returns do not apply). Please contact us before shipping any returns, quoting your name, address and order ID.
The returns form enclosed with your purchase has tick box options. We only do refunds, so if you need a different size or colour, please order again. Also include your order number, delivery post code and name so we can find your order easily and reduce delays.
