We aim to process UK returns within 2 working days of their arrival in our office. Refunds will be credited via your original method of payment.

Once you have mailed the return parcel, please email us with the order number and tracking number or a screenshot of the receipt and we will refund you immediately.

 

WE NO LONGER DO EXCHANGES. WHEN YOUR ITEM IS RETURNED, WE WILL REFUND YOU AND YOU CAN BUY AGAIN.

 

Special Note:  

Return items in the same manufacturer’s bag they were received in, and please

DO NOT attach any labels to the returned items, or manufacturer’s bag or box.

You may use our outer postal bag to mail returns by covering your address with the return label.

A confirmation email will be sent once we have processed your refund.
